Position Overview
The Front Desk Personnel will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
Essential functions:
- Answering and managing a multiline phone and fax system
- Greeting visitors and tending to client services in a courteous manner
- Managing and maintaining the conference room calendar and staff hotel offices
- Monitoring upkeep of front desk, reception area, conference rooms, and staff breakrooms
- Sorting incoming mail
- Intake of client tax documentation, preparing the file and routing properly
- Develop and deploy staff appreciation and “spirit” initiatives to support staff morale.
- Light scanning and proofreading
- Intake of vendor deliveries and assist with coordination of vendor services in the suite
Minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years’ experience

- Occasional lifting of boxes and/or paperwork up to 25 pounds.
