We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Manager with a strong background in client-service, advertising, digital media and data analysis to join our growing client account team. As an Account Manager, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our client receives exceptional service and support throughout their engagement with our company. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships, addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will act as the main point of contact, overseeing analysis of business data, defining and reporting trends and insights, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for account growth. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and deliver tailored solutions will be key to driving client success and fostering long-term partnerships. The position will work closely with the ACB Operations Team, external Digital Media Provider(s), Client contacts as well as ACB's management team to fulfill the Client's business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Function as a key contact for the client on operational program flow.
  • Communicate client initiatives and needs to ACB Operations and Management Team.
  • Interface with clients, vendors and agencies.
  • Work with various program data to analyze, identify and report trends and actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with client, sales staff and Memphis Ops team to resolve day-to-day problems and issues.
  • Work with Digital Media provider to ensure program initiatives are met.
  • Analyze and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting to client.
  • Facilitate communication between internal departments and clients to address any issues or changes in project or scope.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

    Technical Knowledge:

    • Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
    • SQL Experience a plus.
    • Power BI experience preferred
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

    Experience:

    • Digital Media and Brand Management experience required.
    • Data/Performance Analysis experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of basic business advertising, marketing, and financial data.
