Job Title:  Administrative Catholic Parish Coordinator

Location:  Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 

Duties:

  • The applicant shall provide services for Administrative Catholic Parish Coordinator.
  • The applicant shall accommodate Liturgical Cycle Requirements. This is defined
    as denominationally specific administrative support required for each event or activity
    in the Catholic Liturgical Year.
  • The applicant shall accommodate Volunteer Coordination.
  • The applicant shall accommodate Parish Registration and Census. The accurate registration of new parishioners and conduct of the semi-annual congregational census.
  • The applicant shall accommodate Weekly Catholic Bulletin. Preparing and organizing the input for the weekly bulletin provided for the Catholic Community.

Qualification:

  • Demonstrate a familiarity with and a commitment to support the Catholic Faith and practice as articulated by the documents of The Second Vatican Council and the subsequent statements of the American Conference of Catholic Bishops.
  • Have excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Possess basic word-processing skills.
  • Experience working in a military environment is preferred.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in a pluralistic environment where they may come in contact with members from various faith groups and/or viewpoints.
  • Applicants be professional and not denigrate individuals with a different religious perspective or viewpoint.
