We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Support Coordinator II to support our team in the fitness industry. The Customer Support Coordinator II will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations by providing administrative and coordination support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and activities to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and events, both internally and with clients.
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including proposals/quotes and purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate and current customer information.
  • Track and monitor sales activities, such as leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Generate and distribute sales performance reports and dashboards for management and the sales team.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales quotations and proposals.
  • Provide administrative support for sales-related processes, including order processing, invoicing, and shipment coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information as needed.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers and the sales team.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role, preferably in the fitness industry or a related field.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Knowledge or interest in fitness, wellness, or related industries is a plus.
