Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company. This is a 6-month contract assignment that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve non-routine customer requests, inquiries, and complaints about billing, policies, and other issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer issues and provide support as needed.
  • Collaborate with area coordinators to resolve customer issues and provide guidance as needed.
  • Identify and report fraudulent conditions to management.
Requirements
  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 2+ years
  • Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge/expertise with Microsoft Office products as well as Internet technology
