Are you ready to kickstart your career in sales with a fun and dynamic team? United Catalyst Corporation is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Account Executive to join our growing family. This is a temp-to-perm (Junior Account Executive-to-Account Executive) opportunity with plenty of training and regular check-ins to help you thrive. You'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate plus generous commission opportunities
What You'll Be Doing:
Communicate Like a Pro:
Keep the conversations flowing with our team, suppliers, and prospective clients.
Getting paid to talk is great.
Getting paid more because you learned from your teammates is even better.
Grow Our Business: Help us bring in more suppliers and contribute to our company's success.

Keep Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and product knowledge to keep your skills sharp. This is a key for joining a niche industry like ours. Track Your Success: Use our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to enter and track your interactions and progress.
Information applied correctly closes deals. That's why our CRM is constantly being improved upon; to give you the best toolkit to succeed.
Review and Reflect: Regularly review your sales metrics and volume production with your coach to keep improving. This is not an easy job. It takes self-motivation, enduring optimism, and willingness to improve at your craft. But one thing we can promise about this job is that you won't be doing it alone. Your coach and your coworkers are always willing to help in any way they can. And feel free to ask them for that help When they started, everyone helped them.
What We're Looking For:
Sales Experience: Got 2 years of sales experience? Great If not, no worries – we're open to enthusiastic learners.
Education: A BS/BA degree is a plus, but your passion and drive are what matter most.
Proven Success: Show us your knack for managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
In other words, sell yourself It's all about promise making and promise keeping.
Team Player: Be open to coaching and share your ideas with the team.
We can't speak for other companies, but at United Catalyst, sales is a group effort. Although commissions are individually earned, we hire the kind of people that don't mind helping others.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM practices is a big plus.
Presentation Skills: Create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to your audience.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong skills in these areas are key.
It may be poor job description etiquette to embolden a point within a list, but this one is just that important. These skills are what brings in revenue, commission, and puts food on the table for our entire staff.
Organized & Efficient: Time management and organizational skills are essential.
CRM Experience: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred but not required.
