Position Overview:
The Accounting Manager will oversee financial governance and accounting functions, including general and cost accounting, managing payables and receivables, and conducting variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead an accounting team of four, reporting directly to the division CFO
  • Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
  • Assess credit risks for new or expanding clients
  • Accurately cost product codes in SAP and verify their pricing
  • Develop and present the annual budget for approval
  • Oversee monthly financial closing processes and reporting
  • Manage annual capital expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget
  • Calculate monthly average inventory and reserve assessments
  • Monitor operational performance against established plans and KPIs
  • Propose and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain asset records in SAP
  • Execute monthly cost center distribution cycles
  • Conduct various analyses as required
  • Prepare and maintain regular financial reports
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is essential
  • Experience in personnel management is advantageous
  • Background in manufacturing is preferred
  • Proficiency in Italian is a plus
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable
