Role Summary:

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead financial oversight and accounting functions, encompassing general and cost accounting, accounts payable/receivable, variance analysis, and additional responsibilities.

Key Duties:
  • Oversee the accounting division and report directly to the CFO
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow
  • Evaluate credit applications for clients
  • Analyze product costing and ensure accuracy
  • Develop annual budgets and generate monthly financial statements
  • Supervise capital investments and inventory assessments
  • Monitor operational costs and suggest efficiency improvements
  • Maintain SAP asset records and execute cost center distribution cycles
  • Perform various financial analyses as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in personnel management and manufacturing is preferred
  • Proficiency in Italian is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
