Job Description:
    The Administrative Assistant at Talkish Co. provides essential support to the management team and ensures the smooth operation of office functions. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate efficient office operations. 
Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with project coordination and office events.
  • Provide general support to visitors and team members.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
