Key Qualifications

  • Oversee all daily operations of clinical and peer services within the Janus Programs.
  • Interface with all direct service staff regarding issues pertaining to clinical and peer mental health services and the effective delivery of those services.
  • Ensures that all Outpatient records and privileged client information is kept strictly confidential in conformity with state and federal law and regulations.
  • Assists compliance team with chart audits (as needed).
  • In collaboration with Operations team and Janus’ finance department, assists with providing client driven services and provides conflict resolution/mediation as needed.
  • Follow the direction and recommendation of the Senior Director of Compliance to ensure program compliance in accordance with regulations.
  • Partners with Janus Outpatient Leadership to develop group schedules based on current census and program needs.
  • Ensures all documentation is completed on time and effectively.


The Clinical Program Manager shall oversee program with flexibly, vision, and organization; including supervision of clinical staff and clinical interns, and establish goals for the Janus Programs, monitoring performance outcomes according to requirements and provide oversight in the delivery of all services throughout the programs in IOT and DUI. You will collaborate closely with the Director and all members of the Management Team in an effort to achieve the overall strategic plan goals of the Janus programs with respect to mental health services. This role will engage in multiple and various tasks encompassing the core areas of management/leadership, program development, contracts administration, and direct service which includes the ability to be flexible to cover groups in outpatient and DUI with various time in the morning to the evening.


The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a highly optimized and specialized environment where priorities may shift daily while working autonomously, taking initiative, and complete tasks you are responsible for. You will have a deep background in data entry standards and norms, compliance, strong written and verbal communication, and a deep understanding of the health care landscape and working with under resourced populations. Pay & Benefits

At Janus, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $75,000 and $85,000 annually and your base pay will be considered on your job-related skills, training, qualifications, experience, and relevant education.

Requirements:


Education & Experience

  • 4 years of experience working with individuals and families with a history of mental illness and/or substance use in a social service/mental health environment.
  • 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision and monitoring performance.
  • LMFT or LCSW or MSW/MFT Intern with 5 years clinical experience.
  • Current LPS certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire, to perform psychiatric holds.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office as well as electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Current knowledge to coordinate treatment planning and case management for assigned members.
  • Working knowledge of evidence-based practices, co-occurring disorders and/or the recovery model of treatment
  • Experience with underserved populations with strategic planning with outreach and engagement strategies specific to outpatient SUD Programming
  • Experience supervising staff on different schedules(?), experience with curriculum implementation would be amazing
  • Experience working with/and or supervising a multidisciplinary team - since this will be case managers, counselors, etc.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
