Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of clinical and peer support services within the Janus Programs.
  • Collaborate with direct service staff on clinical and peer mental health service delivery.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all outpatient records and privileged client information in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Assist the compliance team with necessary chart audits.
  • Work alongside the Operations team and finance department to enhance client-driven services and resolve conflicts as needed.
  • Follow directives from the Senior Director of Compliance to maintain program adherence to regulations.
  • Partner with leadership to create group schedules that align with current program needs.
  • Guarantee timely and effective completion of all documentation.

The Clinical Program Manager for MAT/MOUD will lead the program with vision and organization, supervising clinical staff and interns while setting goals for the Janus Programs. You will monitor performance outcomes and oversee service delivery throughout the MAT programs. Close collaboration with the Director and Management Team is essential to achieve strategic objectives related to mental health services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift. You should be proactive, capable of working independently, and proficient in data entry standards, compliance, and communication. A deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and experience with underserved populations is crucial for fostering community loyalty and promoting organizational growth through positive client interactions.

Compensation & Benefits

At Janus, we offer a competitive salary range for this position, reflecting your skills, qualifications, and experience. The base salary for this role is between $75,000 and $85,000 annually. Additionally, our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 12 paid holidays, retirement benefits, no-cost mental health counseling services, and 12 paid sick days each year.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working with individuals and families facing mental health challenges or substance use issues in a social service or mental health setting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical supervision and performance monitoring.
  • Possession of LMFT, LCSW, or MSW/MFT Intern status with 5 years of clinical experience.
  • Current LPS certification or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledgeable in treatment planning and case management for assigned clients.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices, co-occurring disorders, and recovery-oriented treatment models.
  • Experience with underserved populations and strategic outreach for outpatient SUD programming.
  • Experience supervising a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and counselors.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
