This trusted Health Care System in the Orange County Area is actively interviewing for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead Clinical Operations at this established Oncology Clinic. The Oncology Clinic Nurse Manager will join an outstanding organization that offers cutting-edge Cancer Care. This outpatient cancer clinic has won local and national recognition for its commitment to a holistic continuum of care which ranges from acute inpatient therapy, through direct clinical trials and relationships with cancer researchers, to a robust community of support and outreach programs. This, they believe, is how providers bridge the gap between the human side of cancer care and cutting-edge scientific research and treatment. With support from one of California’s larger non-profit family of clinics, the Oncology Clinic Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with expert and experienced physicians, who offer care in more than 30 specialties.

Reporting to the Clinical Director of Ambulatory Cancer Services, the Oncology Clinic Nurse Manager will manage multiple service lines in this outpatient clinic. Supported by an amazing OCN and ONS Certified Nurse Supervisor, a Radiation Oncology Assistant Nurse Manager, and an outstanding team of 20 Oncology RNs, Radiation Techs, and Support, this person will play a large role in the operations of this Cancer Center.
