REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive management experience is REQUIRED for this position, F&I experience preferred. Qualified candidates will have managed teams of sales representatives, demonstrate hands-on sales floor work, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
