Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Stoa Group, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing digital marketing and advertising strategies to promote our multifamily properties, enhance brand visibility, and drive leasing and resident engagement. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents while contributing to the continued success and growth of Stoa Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive traffic, leads, and leases for our multifamily properties.
  • Optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and more, to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic, ensuring our properties stand out in a competitive market.
  • Maintain and update our company and property websites to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with SEO best practices, enhancing our online presence and brand credibility.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Ability to work in our Hammond Support Office office full-time, with occasional travel as needed
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate or multifamily housing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in website maintenance and content management systems (CMS) to update company and property websites, enhance SEO performance, and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize campaigns and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
