Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative at ServiceHawk, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. You’ll be on the front lines, representing our brand and ensuring that we connect with the right clients. Your role will involve educating potential clients about our top-tier digital marketing services, identifying sales opportunities, and nurturing relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and Sell: Clearly communicate the value of our digital marketing services to both new and existing clients, with a focus on how our strategies can transform their Home Service businesses.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales goals within established deadlines.
  • Close and Follow Up: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve any client issues or complaints with professionalism and care, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, establishing ServiceHawk as their go-to partner for digital marketing needs.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is essential. Familiarity with the home service industry, especially HVAC, is a plus.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Relationship Building: A talent for establishing rapport and building trust with clients.
