Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic marketing assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate with assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services effectively. Must have at least 1 year of experience. College degree preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Support in daily administrative tasks. 
  • Assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms. 
  • Collaborate with location teams to enhance marketing efforts. 
  • Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, both digital and print.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. 


Skills:

  • Experience with social media marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices. 
  • Undertanding of content marketing strategies.  
  • Create engaging content. 
  • Knowledge of advertising techniques and platforms. 
  • Familiarity with email marketing campaigns. 
  • Ability to create and manage print advertising materials. 
  • Effective writing, speaking, presenting, and active listening skills.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and familiarity with current marketing trends
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization abilities
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including collaborating with management, team members, clients, and customers where applicable. 


Education and Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related equivalent of experience
  • Experience working in Professional Service, including the dental, chiropractic, medical, or medspa space
  • At least one year of experience
  • Good understanding of marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to adhere to deadlines


Job Type: Full-Time


Pay: $16 - $18 per hour


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk using a computer. 
  • Position may require travel: Up to 20%
  • Requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
