Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of routine administrative and clerical tasks while providing support to company managers and employees. This role will be responsible for assisting in the daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities. This role will also include assisting around the shop with various tasks including cleaning and organizing the work area.


Essential Job Responsibilities:


• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

• Answer phones and direct phone calls

• Process timesheets

• Develop and maintain filing systems

• Undertake occasional receptionist duties

• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients


Qualifications & Requirements:


• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, etc.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).

• Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to prioritize work.

• Capable of managing tasks, schedules, and information.

• Good written and verbal communication skills


Physical Requirements:


• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at desk and working on computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Required to sit, use hands & fingers, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, carry, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
