Claims Administrator

The successful candidate will have a bias toward action, understanding that the goal is progress in some areas, but perfection when it comes to reports and presentations. She/he will be critical in thought to understand when an idea is not working and pivot.
Key Responsibilities
- Process claims payments
- Run reports monthly as needed
- Act as the point of contact among managers, teammates, and other external partners
- Distribute incoming faxes
- Answer incoming phone calls on assigned programs
- Accurately enter claim information in electronic databases
- Effectively communicate and understand program coverages
- Adjudicate claims based on coverage limits
- Make outbound calls to ensure consumer needs are met
- Work directly with shops to help consumer receive their warranty benefits and schedule services as needed
- Process open claims reports to reduce omissions and errors
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Office365 applications
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
