Labriola Ristorante is a full-service, Italian restaurant that has 3 private dining rooms, along with a full bar inside and outside on our patio that is open year round We throw the best parties in the burbs, so there's always some excitement happening


Job Summary:
Guest Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Front of House Management team and also the Private Events Manager. This will include, but not limited to, assisting in restaurant reporting, responding to guest inquiries for private events, ordering supplies, and other duties as assigned. We're looking for someone who could potentially grow into the Private Events Manager role

Responsibilities:

  • Help coordinate events, including conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of events
  • Assist with marketing activities to attract attendees and promote the event.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after events.
  • Assisting front of house management team with administrative support for restaurant operations
  • Other duties and tasks to be assigned as role develops

Skills/Experience:

  • 1 + year of administrative or private events experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality events.
  • Customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients and guests.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time during events.
  • Must be able to work a variety of hours in order to accommodate events or restaurant needs
  • The employee frequently is required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, anything greater should be done with assistance.
  • Prolonged hours on the computer
