Revenue Operations Manager

The company is based in downtown Durham, NC with a global workforce, and supports remote work, unlimited vacation (US-based only), and a supportive work-life balance culture.
The Role
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to join our team and make a significant impact on our company’s growth trajectory. Reporting to our CFO, this role will be instrumental in developing and implementing processes and strategies that align marketing, sales, and customer service operations to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to identify trends, forecast bookings, and optimize the sales funnel for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, this position will oversee the management of our customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting that will directly influence business decisions.
For this role, there is a preference for those who are based in or near the Triangle area (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC), but we are open to the right candidate who is willing to travel to the Durham office on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
Process and Strategy Development
- Develop and implement processes and strategies that align marketing, sales, and customer service operations to maximize revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of all revenue-related activities
Sales Funnel Optimization
- Optimize the sales funnel for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead generation and conversion processes are optimized
Data Analytics and Revenue Forecasting
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing, sales, and customer service operations
CRM Management
- Oversee the management of CRM systems, ensuring accurate data collection, maintenance, and reporting
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all customer interactions and touchpoints
Reporting and Insights
- Generate regular reports on revenue performance, sales pipeline, and customer insights
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align goals, strategies, and activities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within a SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce require; basic Administrator certification preferred
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and other Sales tools preferred (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot, Clari, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Zapier)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies that align marketing, sales, and customer service operations
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced work environment
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including presenting to C-suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
