POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish client access and maintenance through Access Manager for consumer online banking (COB), business online banking (BOB), mobile banking, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH Origination service, wire transfer service, bill pay, and Zelle.
  • Perform daily review of system-generated debit card maintenance reports.
  • Perform daily review of electronic banking exception reports.
  • File Debit Card and ACH disputes following Reg E. guidelines.
  • Monitor and process daily Source Capture Optimization (SCO) deposits which includes Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Deposits and ATM Deposits within the required timeframe.
  • Review and process daily wire transfer requests from our business online banking customers, reviewing wire information to ensure completeness, as well as, obtaining required authorized signatures.
  • Create business analytics queries for host core information.
  • Set-up New RDC customers.
  • Process ACH Originator returns and notifications.
  • Monitor ACH Originator return ratios per NACHA rules.
  • Process periodic reviews for both ACH Originators and Merchant Deposit customers.
  • Perform any other EFT related duties as required or assigned.
  • Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.
  • Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
  • Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.
  • Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate Bank personnel.
  • Responds to inquiries relating to his/her area, or to requests from customers, other Bank personnel, etc., within given time frames and within established policy.
