Looking for a dynamic, individual who is a self starter and able to multi- task efficiently. Receptionist/ Front Office Admin duties include:

- Answering phones

- Setting up service requests

- Interacting/managing a portion of CRM System

- Marketing mailings

- Expense reporting

- Shipping and receiving of product

- and other related duties

 

Qualifications:

 

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- 1+ year of experience in an administrative role

- Professional Competence

- Aptitude and ability to grow with new challenges

 

 

Skills:

 

- Strong organization abilities

- Ability to multitask effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Attention to detail

Must have excellent customer service skills, meticulous organization skills and able to work independently and in a group setting.


Hours are 8:30am- 5:00pm Monday - Friday. This is a full time position with full benefits.
