Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive and Customer Success Specialist, preferably with a specialization or interest in crypto and blockchain. The ideal candidate will have a background in the accounting industry, and the ability to manage sales operations, perform sales-related administrative tasks, conduct research, and execute prospecting due diligence. This role requires a proactive individual who can support our CEO with business development tasks on a day-to-day basis and contribute directly to the overall growth of our business.
The Role:
- Coordinate sales activities and manage the sales pipeline
- Manage the inflow of client referrals
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing communications with prospects & clients
- Perform due diligence on prospective clients which includes gathering and reviewing crypto data for job quoting purposes along with basic research about the prospect and their background
- Manage our proposal software which includes crafting proposal templates, sending proposals to prospects, and necessary follow-ups
- Assist in onboarding new clients that sign up for new services
- Build out a more robust due diligence process to be used as part of pricing discovery
- Analyze internal workload metrics and report them on a KPI dashboard on a recurring basis
- Perform ad hoc requests as assigned
Job Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven work experience in supporting client relations, account management, or an account executive role
- An expressed interest or familiarity in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and accounting
- Proven ability to nurture new business relationships
- Extremely analytical and good with large data sets
- Experience with sales-related software platforms
- Great communication, presentation, and negotiating skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and other computer applications
- Ability to support positive working relationships with clients
- Driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellence in everything they do
- Previous experience supporting a Sales Executive or CRO is a plus*
