Core Responsibilities
oAccount Manager (AM) / Operations Resource Manager (ORM) will provide oversight and support for its on-site clinical team, which includes, but is not limited to, staff recruitment and management.
oThe AM/ORM will oversee the delivery of services ensuring performance goals are met.
oThe operations resource supports the on-site team with the delivery of timely management information to prime company.
oThe Contractor will provide a designated Account Manager to Prime Company. The role of Account Manager should include, at a minimum, the following:
oMaintain lines of communication with the Contractor’s operations team and the on-site personnel.
oAuthority to work on contractual issues regarding the performance of the services.
oEnsure that all relevant requirements of the contracted services are communicated to the Contractor’s on-site team.
oEnsure that all management information reporting is accurate and submitted to Prime Company in a timely manner.
oEnsure that the on-site team members have access to resources and services available through the Contractor, such as applicable training opportunities and access to clinical resource tools.
oEnsure that regular clinical audits are undertaken, and that clinical governance policies and procedures are in place.
oEnsure that all aspects of the services are meeting agreed objectives.
oMonitor financial reporting and budgets.
oCoordinate business development plans with Prime Company.
oRespond immediately to serious issues communicated by Prime Company.
oOther duties as assigned.
· Must have a minimum 3-5 years account management experience in an Occupational Health setting, preferably within a clinic setting
· Bachelors Degree in healthcare or business or healthcare administration or other related field of study
· Operational account management experience
· Management experience
· Proficiency in written and spoken English
· Strong computer skills
· Energetic and optimistic demeanor
This job is CONTINGENT upon contract award, client approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance.
