Summary:

The Jr. Project Manager position requires a skilled individual to coordinate client interactions, manage orders, and ensure seamless product delivery, owning the project from start to finish. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, warehouse operations, brand buyers, and maintaining client relationships. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, organizational prowess, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this dynamic team environment.



Job Duties:

  • Design and deliver, using PowerPoint, innovative product presentations to clients, providing product recommendations and timelines to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
  • Source, create, manage, track and coordinate delivery and drop ships of multiple orders/fulfillments with minimal supervision from inception to delivery, following client change requests, production, and production pick/pack/delivery statuses closely to ensure timely fulfillment of project to end users.
  • Troubleshoot exceptions with vendors, transportation, and clients directly to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Order samples and ensure their delivery to buyers.
  • Responsible for always complying with company secure data collection procedures (PII), training others as needed.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ensure excellent client experience through attentive communication and service, maintaining standards with all clients to achieve high KPI levels.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience and proven history in account/project management and/or related roles.
  • Ability to manage company stores across various platforms effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team player attitude.
  • Solution-oriented mindset able to think outside the box with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Creative mindset to identify areas of opportunity and pull design inspiration to create custom client projects.
  • Comfortable and calm working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be of legal drinking age, as many clients are in the spirits/wine industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe.
  • Familiarity with Sage and/or ESP preferred.
  • Possess knowledge of sourcing domestically and overseas.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
