Overview:
Join our dynamic team at PostNet, where we provide a wide range of services, including printing, shipping, virtual mail, and fingerprinting. We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused individual to serve as a Front Counter Coordinator. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our busy front counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers with their needs, providing expert advice on printing, shipping, and other services. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales and Support: Process customer orders through our point-of-sale system, including handling cash and credit transactions. Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Operational Duties: Open and close the center, manage cash registers, and maintain inventory levels. Ensure the front counter and store areas are clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
  • Service Delivery: Assemble and prepare packages for shipping, operate printing and binding equipment, and assist customers with their print projects. Collaborate with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to ensure timely delivery of packages.
  • Fingerprinting Services: Train to provide fingerprinting services, ensuring compliance with all safety and confidentiality protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of products and services.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
  • Clean background check required for fingerprinting certification.
