We have an exciting and immediate opening for a Project Engineer. This position will be located in Lebanon, Ohio.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop project scopes and objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans in conjunction with project sponsors.
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor engineering and maintenance projects as assigned.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, QC/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
  • Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues.
  • Control project plan by reviewing design and specifications, by planning and scheduling changes, and by recommending actions
  • Ensure project meets approved budget by monitoring and controlling spending
  • Perform overall quality control of the work including budget, schedule, plans, and contractor performance by regularly reporting on project status.
  • Assign responsibilities and serve as mentor and guide for the project team.
  • Always maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations
  • Drive and assist with set up of new processes and equipment. Monitor control outputs and quality results against expected outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • 1-2 years of previous manufacturing experience
