We're on the hunt for a dynamic Social Media Specialist with a flair for creativity to create high-quality, engaging content strategically tailored to social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. This multifaceted role demands the development and execution of holistic social media strategies that not only boost engagement and follower count but help with our marketing goals. As the voice of our brand online, you'll craft and manage content, engage actively with our community, analyze campaign effectiveness, and collaborate with influencers to amplify our message.


Additionally, you’ll occasionally travel with our founder, Tresa Todd, to various locations, capturing and sharing compelling stories that enhance our brand's outreach.


This position is perfect for someone passionate about socials, setting clear objectives for growth, and maintaining consistency across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop, plan, and schedule engaging, authentic content across various social media platforms.

  • Strategy Development: Craft and present detailed monthly social strategies that support our marketing goals and enhance our community engagement.

  • Community Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with users on each platform, fostering a positive community and increasing interaction.

  • Goal Setting and Growth: Set clear, attainable social media objectives and growth targets; adjust tactics to meet these goals effectively.

  • Analytics Monitoring: Regularly track and analyze campaign performance and audience engagement to refine strategies.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the creative director and the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and maximize the impact of social media efforts.

  • Travel Opportunities: Travel with our founder, Tresa Todd, to produce compelling and relevant on-location content.

  • Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to increase follower engagement through interactive content, polls, live sessions, and Q&A features.
