CONNECTIVE Agency is seeking a strong social media specialist/copywriter who excels in a fast-paced agency setting to help ensure our clients and teammates have what they need to produce great work. We’re looking for someone who is highly collaborative, organized, people-oriented, smart and fun to work with.


To be successful in this role, the candidate must have an acute focus on detail and a relentless commitment to quality, while completing projects on tight deadlines.


Candidates should have an interest in working across a wide variety of industries and campaign types. They should be able to work with a high degree of independence and be open to collaborating across disciplines, and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Understands how our social media efforts connect to the broader marketing ecosystem and executes with a holistic approach
  • Organic and paid social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement
  • Excels at copywriting with an ability to communicate our clients’ messages to their key audiences across social media channels
  • Measurement and reporting - understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
  • Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Work on a wide variety of projects while being able to shift gears quickly if priorities change
  • Collaborate with our clients, writers, strategists, developers, designers, photographers, videographers, etc. to successfully bring a vision to life
  • Deliver excellent service to our clients on every single project


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or other related discipline
  • 2-3 years of marketing/communications agency social media team experience
  • Solid client service experience
  • Has a “challenge accepted” attitude to slay small tasks and big projects — with the same level of care and enthusiasm
  • Hunger for continuous improvement and professional development
  • Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Tech savvy and is passionate about using social media to effectively communicate brand stories
