Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Close new car sales using strong negotiation and customer service skills to ensure a positive sales experience
  • Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange
  • Navigate new car sales contracts and work with team members in the finance department to answer questions for customers
  • Compile reports and records of dealership automotive sales for presentation to sales manager
  • Present potential customers with new car options while specifying their characteristics, details, features, and competitive differentiators to deliver a positive sales experience

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction are critical
  • Knowledge and interest in new car features, the auto sales industry, car dealerships’ financing options, and sales management is necessary
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus
  • At least one year working as a sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting, is needed
  • Necessary valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record

  • Commitment to perform your best every day

  • Possession of a valid, state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are vital
  • Candidates interested in a Critz sales career should have a Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience and training
