- Set personal income targets aligned with dealership productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Conduct business through various channels, including phone and in-person interactions.
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of automotive products.
- Ensure that inventory, images, and status updates are current on a daily basis.
- Establish and enforce procedures for recording and confirming appointments related to vehicle sales and deliveries.
- Maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule.
- Uphold ethical business practices and integrity in all professional interactions to represent the Foundation Automotive brand positively.
