  • Support dealership marketing efforts by communicating promotions effectively.
  • Monitor systems regularly to respond to inquiries promptly and accurately log customer data into the CRM.
  • Utilize lead management tools to foster repeat and referral business.
  • Set personal income targets aligned with dealership productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Conduct business through various channels, including phone and in-person interactions.
  • Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of automotive products.
  • Ensure that inventory, images, and status updates are current on a daily basis.
  • Establish and enforce procedures for recording and confirming appointments related to vehicle sales and deliveries.
  • Maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule.
  • Uphold ethical business practices and integrity in all professional interactions to represent the Foundation Automotive brand positively.
  • Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
