We are seeking a driven and results-oriented contractual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing real estate brokerage. This role supports our enterprise sales team as we recruit top-performing agents, team leads and independent brokerage owners. In this role, you will play a critical role in scheduling sales meetings for our talented Radius Partnerships Team. Your success will be directly tied to the success of our team and you'll be compensated based on the meetings you book.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities via phone and email to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • The warm leads are provided through the marketing team.
  • Research and understand the needs of potential customers to ensure a good fit for our product/service.
  • Engage in conversations with potential customers to build rapport, understand their challenges, and present the value proposition of our offering.
  • Secure qualified appointments for the sales team to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on real estate industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales development role (or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of exceeding prospecting goals and booking meetings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software (a plus)
  • A passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed

Compensation:

  • Competitive compensation based on the number of qualified sales meetings booked
