Our client operates a large call center and is focused on providing top-tier service and support. They are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to enhance their team and support their expanding business needs.
Job Description:
This role involves interacting with clients and vendors through various communication channels, managing service requests, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with remote and in-office requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and vendors via phone and email
- Manage and update your CRM system queue
- Resolve issues and escalations promptly
- Dispatch and track service requests
- Perform online research as needed
- Continuously seek to improve customer satisfaction and deepen relationships
- Adhere to the attendance schedule and be flexible with on-call duties and holidays
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a client support or call center environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to organize, multitask, and maintain data accuracy
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet research
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems
Additional Details:
- Type/Length of Assignment: Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
- Hybrid/Onsite/Remote: Hybrid schedule (Remote 3 days a week, in-office 2 days a week)
- Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
- In-Office Days: Wednesday & Thursday; Remote Days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
- Equipment: Provided
