PathPoint is excited to welcome a full-time Program Supervisor to lead our Paths to Recovery (PTR) Program in Santa Barbara, CA.

As Program Supervisor, you will assign duties and set performance goals for Case Managers, while monitoring departmental progress toward program objectives. Responsibilities include reviewing staff work for accuracy, timeliness, and policy adherence. You'll stay informed on issues impacting the PTR program, attend relevant meetings, and manage time-off requests and timesheet approvals. Additionally, you will provide clinical oversight, training, and support to Case Managers, review staff notes, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including Medi-Cal requirements. This position comes with wonderful perks, including flexible scheduling and supervision hours for Trainee or Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT).

Schedule: full-time, 32-40 hours per week, Mon-Fri. Flexible schedule between core hours of 7:45am-5:30pm

Starting Wage: This is an hourly, non-exempt position starting at $29.00 per hour. The pay range for this position is $29.00-$32.00 an hour. Wages subject to change based on a variety of factors.

Position Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) and Clinical License or Master's Degree in Progress required.
  • Must have two years' experience working with individuals with mental illness or two years' experience in human services.
  • Prior supervisory/leadership experience required.
  • Must have a valid California driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, 5 years of driving experience, and be eligible for coverage on PathPoint's auto insurance policy.
