Role Description

A Program Manager will act as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering essential case management skills. This includes developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavior Interventionists (BIs), and providing education and training for client caregivers. Candidates must be prepared to travel 30 to 60 miles daily and supervise client sessions during weekdays between 8 AM and 6 PM, with occasional weekend availability.

Service Areas:
Santa Monica, Culver City, Inglewood, Venice, El Segundo, and surrounding regions.

Compensation: $26 - $32 per hour, based on experience, with potential for promotion to Program Supervisor (salaried).

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
