  • Compensation Type: Base hourly rate & a generous monthly bonus/commission plan
  • Schedule: Monday-Saturday with a scheduled weekday off


What you will do:

  • Take phone calls and schedule appointments for Sales
  • Respond to all sales calls/internet inquiries
  • Compile daily reports
  • Schedule and perform follow-up calls to both clients and the sales team
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Automotive BDC or sales/customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally & written
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal orientated
  • Strong ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Time management skills; dependable
  • Bilingual is a plus
