Purpose of Position

The Program Director of the ABA Learning Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the learning center. This role includes ensuring high standards of service delivery, managing staff, developing and implementing curriculum, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Program Director will work closely with cross-departmental partners to achieve the center's goals and uphold Kids First Services' commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

  • Lead, Manage, Accountability (LMA): Provide leadership and management to ensure the center operates smoothly and effectively.
  • Process Management: Oversee and refine processes to ensure efficiency and quality in service delivery.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop, implement, and update the curriculum to meet the needs of the clients and ensure high-quality learning experiences.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure that clients receive exceptional service and their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Budget Management: Manage the center's budget to ensure financial health and resource allocation aligns with strategic goals.
  • Oversee team of RBTs, Behavioral Technicians, and all clinical staff to ensure clinical excellence and alignment with best practices; Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation
  • Provide clinical oversight to BCBAs (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) and Professionals, including signing clinical documentation as needed. 
  • Utilize innovative strategies for interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other school staff as needed
  • Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients, clinicians, or external stakeholders
  • Serve as point of contact for building management related issues or concerns
  • Spearhead clinic’s community outreach and engagement efforts, in collaboration with necessary departments 
  • Recognize opportunities to enhance client care, quality, and efficiency, and execute changes in partnership with organizational advancement.
 

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or higher education in Mental Health discipline - Required
  • 4+ years experience of Learning and Development
  • 4+ years experience in process management and training management.
  • 4+ years of knowledge and experience providing telehealth services/support, including conducting remote assessments and delivering remote supervision of 15+ employees
  • Technical Proficiencies: Program development, data analysis, BIPS, ABA principles, data collection software, and supervision competence - Required 
  • CentralReach ABA Software experience - A plus 
  • Physical Requirement: Exerting up to 30 pounds of force, and lifting as needed, including but not limited to climbing up flights of stairs, and other tasks as needed. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive management skill sets
