Qualifications:
  • Approval from the department of Health is required.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Ability to work within budgetary constraints.
  • Previous experience in a senior living or assisted care setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
  • Knowledge of senior care practices, including memory care techniques.
  • Ability to create and implement activities that cater to a wide range of interests and abilities.
  • Experience in event planning is advantageous.
  • A degree or certification in social work or a related field is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license is required for transportation duties.
