The Position

  • The Sr. Director of Compensation and Analytics will be responsible for the observation and reporting of safety and security conditions throughout the facility.
  • Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Sr. Director of Compensation and Analytics will have oversight of the design of compensation programs, strategies, and procedures while developing metrics to validate the effectiveness of all related programs throughout the facility.
  • The Sr. Director will collaborate closely with operations and HR leadership to drive alignment between business and people strategies and will provide consultative advice on procedures pertaining to compensation.
  • Responsible for the fiscal oversight throughout the department and will optimize cost effectiveness and service quality while developing processes pertaining to cost containment.
  • The Sr. Director will strive to optimize salary structures, compensation packages, employee benefits, retirement plans, leave policies, and insurance policies and will ensure alignment with organizational goals and expectations.
  • This leader will analyze and revise currently implemented policies and programs while ensuring that all organization structures are in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • The Sr. Director will direct and execute the development of compensation communication and education to understand a full understanding and awareness regarding pay transparency, equity, relocation, incentives, and supplemental pay.
  • Seeking a knowledgeable leader who will be able to efficiently facilitate coordination and communication with executive leadership and staff to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • This leader must be equipped to collaborate and communicate efficiently with union partners and external consultants regarding any issues or concerns causing an impact on employees throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is required

    master's degree is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years of Human Resources experience including a minimum of five years' compensation experience is required.
  • A minimum of five years of leadership and management experience are required.
  • Healthcare experience is required.
