Job DescriptionJob Description

Dabri, Inc is looking for an Office Manager to join our team in our San Francisco office. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions and any events or activities in the office. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience working in an office supporting multiple levels of employees.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls 
  • Prepare and maintain office documents and records
  • Organize company events, meetings, and conferences. Supervise, monitor and delegate work to administrative staff as needed. Create a system for the team to be able to locate and review any files or records. Organize onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Create and maintain the office budget
  • Assist with hiring processes, including job postings and initial candidate screening.
  • Process invoices and manage office expenses
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed including answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
  • Serve as a point of contact between employees and upper management
  • Implement and monitor office procedures and policies

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance preferred
  • Three years of previous office management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
