Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible playing a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within the delegate, driving the achievement of strategic goals and fostering a positive work environment. This position serves as a trusted advisor to management on human resource-related issues, championing employee advocacy and promoting organizational change. By understanding the unique needs of the delegate, the HRBP proactively identifies and implements HR solutions that enhance employee engagement, increase retention, and drive performance excellence. Reporting directly to the Vice President, the HRBP is a key member of the delegate's senior leadership team, instrumental in shaping the delegate's culture and contributing to its overall success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provides strategic consultation to leadership on a broad spectrum of HR issues and opportunities, including organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Develops and implements HR strategies that align with the delegate's business goals and objectives.
• Drives organizational change initiatives and transformation projects.
• Conducts strategic workforce planning, ensuring the organization has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
• Leads reskilling and upskilling efforts, aligning training programs with business objectives.
• Partners with leadership to identify and develop key talent, ensuring robust succession planning.
• Leads the local HR department in providing efficient and effective HR administration and operational services, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees HR processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll.
• Partners with leadership and employees to improve engagement and increase retention through effective communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
• Conducts regular employee check-ins and surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture through diversity and inclusion programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
• Serves as a change agent, driving cultural transformation and optimizing the change management process within the organization.

• Collaborates with the shared services recruiting team to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained.
• Participates in the recruitment process, including interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and making hiring recommendations.
• Ensures strategic workforce planning aligns with long-term business goals.
• Promotes a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the organization's values and mission.
• Organizes and participates in employee engagement activities and events to foster team building and morale.
• Acts as a bridge to enterprise-wide employee engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational values and mission.
• Leads and coordinates company-wide employee engagement initiatives for the delegate, including surveys and eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) metrics, to measure and enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborates with the central HR team to develop and implement strategies for improving employee engagement based on survey results and feedback.
• Leads or participates in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, wellness initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
• Stays current with HR best practices and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to the organization.
• Ensures all HR activities comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Conducts investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring thorough and objective resolution.
• Fosters strong relationships with management and employees, promoting open and transparent communication.
• Serves as a liaison between the HR department and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on HR-related matters.
• Participates in assigned meetings, events and training as required.

Supervision
● Supervises assigned department personnel. Includes the following responsibilities, but are not limited to: hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and the completion of all work performed by direct reports.
● Educates direct reports on all department and company policies and procedures.
● Meets with assigned staff regularly to identify and resolve problems, manage projects, track goals, and review work processes and procedures.
● Represents team and/or department at meetings, events, and training as required.
