Job Title: Territory Vendor Manager

At Alff Construction LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Vendor Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors
  • Identify and research potential new vendors to expand our sales territory
  • Develop and submit proposals for new projects, ensuring alignment with company budgets and margins
  • Process and procure vendors, maintaining accurate contractual documentation
  • Verify vendor job completion and customer satisfaction
  • Approve vendor work completion for payment and customer invoicing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, vendor management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience working with vendors, agreements, contracts, and scopes of work
  • Preferred education in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in vendor or project management
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be 21 years old
  • Computer Skills: Quick learning ability for new database programs, proficient navigation of communication platforms, and moderate proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs

  • HS diploma; some college
