Territory Sales Manager

At Alff Construction LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Vendor Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors
- Identify and research potential new vendors to expand our sales territory
- Develop and submit proposals for new projects, ensuring alignment with company budgets and margins
- Process and procure vendors, maintaining accurate contractual documentation
- Verify vendor job completion and customer satisfaction
- Approve vendor work completion for payment and customer invoicing
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, vendor management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with vendors, agreements, contracts, and scopes of work
- Preferred education in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in vendor or project management
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be 21 years old
- Computer Skills: Quick learning ability for new database programs, proficient navigation of communication platforms, and moderate proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs
Desired Qualifications:
- HS diploma; some college
