Trust Consulting Services is seeking a Corporate Culture Change Management Consultant.


Position Type:

W2 & 1099 available.


Required Experience & Education:

Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.


Preferred:

PROSCI Change Management Certification.


Compensation:

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

The Corporate Culture Change Management -Consultant acts as the point of contact for organizational culture and behavior and provides detailed change management support to facilitate the implementation and sustainment of the Strategic Capabilities and Processes Office and portfolio operations.

This individual is responsible for preparing detailed migration planning and trade-off analysis based on industry best practices and will help establish a culture which fosters communication across social, environmental, technical, and corporate environments with industry partners and DoD services/agencies. The individual will provide communication to management to review project plans, status reports, and deliverables, and will review program plans and deliverables within the SCAP and portfolio to ensure change management has been addressed and planned.


Qualifications:

2 years’ experience with instituting a change management process supporting organizational change in cultural behavior within IT-centric organizations. (The Government will not give a higher tradeoff rating for Contractor’s proposed resource who possesses more than 2 years’ experience in this field.)

Implementation of change management processes across organizations with a minimum of 350 personnel.

Executed corporate level training and conference events which support cultural education of a workforce.
