What YOU will do:

  • Supervise a team of permit coordinators in the completion of permitting/licensing tasks as necessary.
  • Work with local and national permitting agencies to obtain proper permits as needed.
  • Read, understand, interpret, and analyze permit data with high degree of accuracy to determine best practices for department permit goals.
  • Work with local and national city licensing agencies to obtain proper documentation.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and field personnel to obtain appropriate permits for construction/rollout work being done in retail locations throughout the US.
  • Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are complete as required by the subcontract and are current.
  • Transmit documents between parties to ensure current revisions and changes are available to all parties.
  • Act as the contact person in the office for the Permit Team regarding obtaining documents, contract information, and general project related information as necessary to complete permitting/licensing tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining positive and effective communication during the course of all permit processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
