Job Description

As a member of the Quiddity team, your work will have a significant impact. Our engineering professionals have the opportunity to contribute to the design and management of a variety of civil engineering projects. As part of our team, you will develop leadership skills from experienced engineers who will provide both mentorship and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform engineering assignments with clear and specified objectives.
  • Lead design tasks on multiple land/site projects.
  • Develop quality work products and designs under the mentorship of senior staff.
  • Supervise and mentor engineers-in-training, designers, and technicians.
  • Understand engineering conditions and laws and permitting organizations such as city, state, and county entities.
  • Attend design meetings and interact with clients at your level of experience.
  • Work with client managers to develop client relationships.
  • May require field-based activities like coordination with construction services, inspections, and/or reviewing sites with client groups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1-4 years of Land Development experience.
  • FE required; PE in progress.
  • Valid TX driver's license and insurable driving record.
