Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Quality Control: Perform quality control duties and responsibilities to ensure compliance with Bergman KPRS standards.
- Communication: Communicate with project teams regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals.
- Subcontractor Management: Ensure subcontractors are executing their contracted scope of work and address any non-compliance issues.
- Inspections: Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Safety and Security: Identify and address safety, health, and environmental quality standards non-compliance.
- Conflict Resolution: Identify and communicate conflicts in construction progress to project teams for resolution.
- Job Site Management: Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Progress Monitoring: Identify and complete job progress and completion punch lists.
- Budgeting and Bidding: Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts.
- Permitting: Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.
- Record Keeping: Gather project material submittals and maintain records of approvals at the job site.
- Scope Identification: Identify areas of work outside of subcontracted scope.
- Deficiency Resolution: Identify and provide resolution for deficient work.
- Teamwork and Professionalism: Demonstrate strong teamwork and professionalism skills, including objectivity, openness, and respect for others.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience with thorough knowledge of various trades.
- Lighting Systems Background: Solid background in lighting systems.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read blueprints.
- Document Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Communication: Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively using various tools.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- Microsoft Office: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ProCore.
