The Inside Sales representative is responsible for generating and closing sales with prospective customers through cold calling, as well as via telephone, email, and web communication. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cold calling and selling through virtual communication channels.
- Maintain strong understanding of the Mexican market, including cultural nuances and business practices, to effectively connect with and sell to prospective customers.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the region.
- Maintain up-to-date information in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Utilize communication tools such as email, video conferencing, and instant messaging for sales purposes.
- Build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships to create loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate clients in the Mexico market.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably inside sales or telemarketing.
- Experience with Flexo and Offset products and services is a plus.
- Be able to leverage their local knowledge and presence to enhance sales efforts
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Climate controlled office environment, no physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise and the like. May have limited exposure to manufacturing areas that require the usage of PPE. Frequently required to sit. Occasional walking, standing, stooping and kneeling
