Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at LKQ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling company products and services to customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as face-to-face counter sales at our branch location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries regarding parts, pricing, and services.
  • Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Process orders, review orders for accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assist customers with sales of products, services, and provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
  • Complete internal documents supporting transactions, including credits, invoices, and work orders.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of related experience in sales or customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts a plus.
