Inside Sales Representative – Commercial/Industrial LED Lighting

Super Bright LEDs is a leading ecommerce company specializing in energy-efficient LED lighting solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial use. We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales department supporting our Industrial and Commercial Lighting e-commerce site. This role will be responsible for outbound email and phone contact to prospects, qualifying sales leads, and executing nurture campaigns to prospects. This role requires an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with prospective clients.

This is a full-time position located in Earth City, Missouri. Local candidates of the Saint Louis area (Missouri and Illinois) only, please.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to sales leads generated from marketing and content campaigns.
  • Execute email and phone contact to prospect lists and warm leads.
  • Secure meetings to qualify account interest, budget, and pass to sales executives.
  • Present the company value and product lineup emphasizing benefits and differentiation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with customer service and commercial sales support teams to ensure alignment in customer acquisition strategies and after-sales support.
  • Provide insight and feedback from customers to help refine product offerings, sales processes, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in e-commerce, B2B sales, or the lighting industry
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and an excellent track record of meeting goals
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Suite
  • Strong follow-up and closing skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
