Job Description:


  • The Inside Sales Representative will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential new customers.
  • Drive strategic, top-of-the-funnel lead generation through targeted cold-calling efforts.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to consistently update activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system.



Requirements:


  • Previous experience with cold calling is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong desire to succeed and build a career in sales.
  • Ability to self-motivate and thrive in a fast-paced role.
  • Willingness to ask for help and openness to being coached.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.

Base Comp: $55,000 to $60,000

Total Compensation: $75,000 to $80,000


Location: Genoa City, WI (In-office, 5 days a week)
